Lance Gosling is President of the Institute of Quarrying New Zealand and Quarry Manager for Winstone Aggregates’ Pukekawa Quarry and sand extraction operations. He has been involved in the quarrying industry for more than 24 years.

He holds an Engineering Degree and a Diploma in Extractives, as well as an A Grade Certificate of Competence. He was IOQ Auckland Branch Chair for six years and has sat on the executive committee for the last four.

Lance is passionate about the industry and the many aspects of quarry operations, and is dedicated to supporting continuing professional development and ensuring the IOQ remains supportive and relevant to all its members.
