Regs review consultation document released
The consultation document for the review of the Health and Safety at Work (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2016 has been released by the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment.
MinEx has had strong input into this document on behalf of the extractives sector.
At first glance, the consultation document seems to contain proposals relating to changes MinEx and industry had suggested.
MBIE continue to want industry input and that's very welcome.
